FAQs

  • Where do you make your sauces?
    • We make all our sauces right here in New Zealand, in beautiful Clarks Beach which is just on the outskirts of Auckland.
  • Are your sauces vegan friendly?
    • Yes, all of our sauces are made from plant based ingredients and are vegan friendly.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    • We aim to ship all orders out either the same day they're ordered, depending on the time of day, or the next day. We use NZ Post and ship everything as overnight delivery, but from there it's up to NZ Post. Things have been slower since covid, but all going well you should have your sauce with in a couple of days of ordering it.
  • What makes your sauces so special?
    • We make all of our sauces by hand and in small batches, using premium ingredients and 100% New Zealand grown chillies.
    • We use a lot of real chillies in our sauces which gives it that natural chilli flavour, where some of the big mass producing sauce companies might have 3 or 4% chillies in their sauces, we often have over 25% of chillies in our sauces. We know you'll taste the difference.
  • Where can I buy your sauces?
    • We sell at a number of farmers markets around the Auckland and Northland area and are stocked in some of the best stores in NZ. To check out where you can load up on our sauces, visit our Stockists Page.
  • How long will your sauces last?
    • Our sauces will last at least a year. Once you open them just keep them in the fridge and they'll last you a long time, although we reckon you'll get through them pretty quick.
  • I own a shop and I'd love to stock your sauce, how do I get in touch?
    • We're always looking for new stockist, so we'd love to hear from you. Just send us an email at customerservice@kpow.co.nz and one of our team will get back to you asap.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    • No we don't at this stage sorry. The cost of shipping overseas is just to expensive to make it worthwhile for our customers, but hopefully one day we can get some better rates and start taking over the world.
